Skincare Oils

Essential oils should be diluted in a carrier oil in nearly every case. As a very general guide, for every 1 ml of carrier oil, you would add 1 drop of essential oil (EO). Be sure to complete a patch test to ensure your skin does not have an adverse reaction to the oils. The inner forearm is a great place to do a test since the skin is delicate -similar to facial skin.

Additionally, certain essential oils should be avoided by pregnant women, infants, and young children, so be sure to do your research beforehand. Be well!
